A Marshall man charged with a felony for allegedly assaulting another man with a baseball bat last month is scheduled to be in court this week.
According to a report from a Marshall Police officer, on May 1, the alleged victim claims the altercation took place after the victim approached Brian Lee Browder after Browder shouted at him while the victim was driving past a residence. The victim alleges when he approached Browder, he noticed Browder was in possession of a baseball bat. The victim claims Browder swung the bat and when the victim put up his arm to protect himself, the his left arm was broken.
