André Leon Talley reveals he and Anna Wintour have been 'emailing' and are 'friendly' even after he slammed the Vogue editor in his book - but he still accuses her of paying him A THIRD as much as his female counterparts
Talley, 72, pulled no punches when describing Wintour, 71, in his 2020 memoir The Chiffon Trenches, calling her 'ruthless' and 'not capable' of 'human kindness'
But he told Tamron Hall today that they have emailed on birthday and and holidays
Wintour also reportedly thanked him for his support when he came to her defense among racism allegations last year
Talley described their friendship as 'complicated' and 'passive aggressive' but says he still hopes to one day be invited back to her Long Island home
