Even though sponsoring bills in Congress is often less significant than it might seem, Paul Wykowski brags about Biden having sponsored a bunch of ultimately enacted bills during his 39 years as a Senator. He lists a handful of âactsâ with impressive-sounding titles. However, itâs debatable how much, if any, positive impact these and other Biden-associated bills have actually had. So, itâs hard to gauge the depth and breadth of his âaccomplishmentsâ based on Wykowskiâs intentionally deceptive dump. Earlier this year, a study of 397 Senators from 1973 onward ranked them according to their effectiveness in getting bills (regardless of their importance) enacted. Biden ranked 222nd in effectiveness. Thatâs because time-in-office was taken into consideration. Interestingly, Bernie Sanders and Kamala Harris ranked 351st and 352nd, respectively!
