republicans quibble with that analysis. don't believe that's true, because people would still be option of purchasing health insurance. that's one red flag. the other is because tax cuts phase out. because they sunset because of the budget constraints in this bill, anyone making under $75,000 by 2027 would see a tax increase. that's something republicans have to address. >> about 30 seconds left, fill. who are the major hurdles facing this bill in the senate? >> reporter: we know a lot about susan collins. the inclusion of the individual mandate repeal is problem attic. you've got people like rand paul, ted cruise saying these tax cuts don't go deep enough. his issues are all procedural, he's okay with it so far. that could always flair up, the big issue right now is deficits. senator bob corker, jeff flake don't want this bill to add to the deficit. john, there are a lot of issues they need to iron out, a lot of hurdles left to go. they think they can get there, but a lot of work left. >> thanks so much for watching 360.
