leyla s leyla santiago spoke with some members. >> reporter: dave and rene, the organizers of the caravan admitted they are overwhelming. we are getting conflicting reports on what is happening with the caravan. some organizers saying things are on hold and they are delaying the move. others say the march is on. what are we seeing? we are in puebla. one bus arrived transporting people from oaxao to puebla where we are now. some now having permission from the mexican government to be here without fear of deportation. the permit to allow them to be here. many of them still saying they plan to go to the united states. others saying they are afraid of the rhetoric coming from the white house. they will stay in mexico over going to the united states. now, the president of the united states, president trump, has said the numbers are dwindling. this is a caravan that is breaking up.
