before, i always thought it looked like it was in slo-mo. this is exactly how it looks right now. what you're seeing is what we're seeing, too, and in the background you may hear some extreme sounds of air leaving the earth. that is another fissure that we are not too far from, but i would say probably still about a mile away or so. those volcanic gases, when they come out, it's like a jet engine is taking off right next to you. i can feel it, it is strong, it is somewhat jarring when you're near it. all of this happening while at the same time you were mentioning the fact that those two streams pulled over 137 and went into the ocean. those are obviously very beautiful images but the authorities really want people to be safe because of the concern of something called lathes. when the lava hits the ocean it creates hydrochloric acid and little shards of glass.
