fantastic job. and judge hudson understands this issue. he says there is no case that has ever health the commerce clause can compel someone to buy something against their will as if that is the cost of citizenship in the united states. he called this a tax. i think this bodes very well for the common wealth of virginia. the department of justice was convinced they were gonna obtain a motion to dismiss on grounds of standing which is the basic access to the court. and they lost and they lost resoundingly. i think the next move here obviously the october argument will be significant. but there is very positive indication. virginia should feel good about their victory in this first round. this commerce clause argument if it took to its logical position by the united states department of justice they could regulate every aspect of our life which we know the obama administration believes they can. i think they are wrong here and the judge seems to at least indicate this is a claim
