leaders, for a mayor, for any of the leaders in the community, religious, political or otherwise, to cool it. to cool it. >> right. and on the police side as well, the nypd at the upper issue lops of management have not done a wonderful job with the p.r. on this either. said over and over on this, whether you believe or not there isen institutional bias against black men by new york city police officers, the fact that there's a perception out there that there is, is frankly all that matters. the perception is reality. so there's a responsibility on both sides to act as adults to try to bridge that divide. i think the nypd management could do a better job, and the mayor, but people in the community, such as al sharpton, saying things and being purveyors of untruths are pouring flames on an exploding fire right now. >> thank you, my friend. bring it down a notch here, and certainly not encourage this
