favor of the death penalty, judge kaczynski says lethal injection is a dishonest attempt to disguise the brutal nature of capital punishment. and he doesn't mince words because he also says that the guchlt il guillotine is another foolproof method but he doubts the public would accept that form of execution. these are strong words from a federal appeals judge. >> yeah. he was actually appointed to the ninth circuit by president ronald regan in 1985 so this isn't someone off the rails saying this. i think that's right, though, about the public. would the public accept something like that? i think it's a little too much. >> it would seem very primitive to many people but it's not something you typically hear from a judge on this level. we'll see what the fallout is from that. >> i have a question for you on another matter. >> uh-huh. >> if you won the lottery, would you split it with your brothers and sisters, especially if you came from a really, really big family? >> probably not. >> not one dollar? >> no. it's character-building for me to keep it all. i think they would feel better. >> i hope your siblings aren't watching.
