lives in a state of fear, ruled against, losing my case, losing my family than i already have. i also understand that her husband filed for divorce after ten years, because it was just too much. and just the simple fear of some pissed off trump supporter or fan coming after me doing something stupid. are there threats to her life? >> there have been a number of physical threats to her, to me, to my family. there's been a very significant cost associated with her standing up and with us bringing this case. we don't spend a lot of time talking about it, because we don't want to whine and complain about it. but there's been a huge cost to both of us associated with this. i consider her to be a hero. and i'm confident when history is ultimately written that she will be treated as such. >> does she feel that the price she's paid thus far is worth it? >> she does. and she has incredible fortitude and staying power. and anyone that's been paying
