But despite his airport-carousel level of baggage, Trump would have been re-elected if about 53,000 votes changed from Democratic to Republican in presidential voting in Pennsylvania, Georgia and Arizona. The perception that Joe Biden won decisively is true in the popular vote, but not the Electoral College.
