Mariners win 7th in row, top Blue Jays 2-1 on Santana homer

SEATTLE (AP) — Carlos Santana provided the jolt to back up another terrific night of pitching and kept Seattle on the kind of roll not seen from the Mariners in nearly two decades. Santana hit his first home run since being acquired by Seattle, lining a two-run shot off Toronto starter Alek Manoah that lifted the Mariners to a 2-1 win over the Blue Jays on Saturday night.
