Artist Roland Rodriguez stands in front of the southern side of the old HemisFair Arena in downtown San Antonio as his giant architectural trompe l’oeil mural, “Victory and Triumph,” goes up. It was installed in early 196 and was chosen through a competitive design process sponsored by Target.
