confessed to state investigators he was running the brothel along with normwwielsch. they already face a number of charges. they were also shutting down houses of prostitution. >> chris butler can't be trusted. >> reporter: i asked the attorney about the allegations that his client already an admitted drug dealer was a pimp. >> butler has apparently spoken to the law and told them that my client was involved with running a brothe l, that's not true. butler bought the furniture for this would be brothel, he was the one that signed the lease, he was the one that paid the rent, he collected the money from the prostitutes, but he is blaming other people and trying to drag my client into this mess in order to get some sort of support or less time from the law. to say i'm giving you information dirty up other people. he is a rat. >> reporter: no charges have been filed yet but investigators are looking into it as the scandal continues to widen. joe vasquez. >> joe tried to contact butler's attorney as well as the da, neither returned his calls. >> another video showing what looks like san francisco police abusing their authority. here it is. undercover officers going after a bystander would sticks his head in a drug suspect's room while the officers were searching it. you can see they put him in a choke hold. the suspect said he never gave permission for police to go into his room investigation and have been told to give the case the highest priority to determine if there is any merit or not to the allegations. >> also, the officers take a duffl bag from the man's room, the bag attacked. lewis died and his friends barely lived. nunez was sentenced to 16 years. the da said the governor violated a victim's rights law by not telling the families of the decision to cut the check on the girl, nobody was home and police later served a search warrant. the evidence authorities found led them to conclude the girl had been abused. this man, george rodriguez lived in the duplex. he is the ex-boyfriend. police are looking for rodriguez. >> we have a warrant for him and are looking for him. >> reporter: shortly offer the arrest jane marin was brought here for booking.
