motion, that mark meadows has made. >> let me ask you, if you are the other codefendant, what is it you are watching for tomorrow? and how does that potentially, if you are the legal team of one of those codefendants, reshape your approach to the initial stages of this case? >> so, there are a couple of other people who have also moved for removal. but to the extent that any of them have a good argument, i think mark meadows has a better argument than just about any of them. i don't want to say that it's a great argument, but it's definitely not a frivolous one. he essentially has to demonstrate that he was acting, either as a federal officer, or undercover of law. and, that his case presents a question of federal law. and in meadows's case, what he's going to argue is that all of the things that he word was doing with sort of endemic to his role as the white house chief of staff. so if tomorrow's arguments don't go well for mark meadows, if i'm john eastman's lawyer for example, for faye and some of the other lawyers for people who have made removal motions
