repercussions? >> so that's a great question. it was referred, the matter was referred to the doj because records preservation is a matter of federal law. normally this would not be that big a deal except for the fact that we had a whole litigation of this issue in 2016 in the lead up to that election in which donald trump was clearly on the other side of the coin, arguing not just for the prosecution but the jailing of hillary clinton for her records retention practices. so this is really a matter of merrick garland and his team now. obviously it is politically explosive, it involves a former president, it involves someone who likely will be running for president. but, you know, there are grounds by which he could go and investigate this matter. there was classified information marked in these documents that is a very problematic development. >> let's be real clear though. it is not as if donald trump packed up these boxes, put them in a car or put them on the, you know, air force one as he was
