was taken down as she was walking out of the station. this video is dark but it is graphic, and some may find it disturbing. cellphone video shows the metro police officer chase the woman at broker to the ground. she uttered an expletive to the officer moments before, during an argument. >> i don't know why she went down in the first place. she was not threatening him. >> you hear it -- you repeatedly hear the officer tell her to stop resisting. you clearly her her saying she is not resisting. for several moments, the only movement ec is hurt trying to pull her skirt down, which was thrown above her waist. >> a 21-year-old catholic university student at the time had been horsing around with friends. apparently prompted the officer to bar their entrance to the metro. it was called a blatant violation of first and fourth amendment rights. but she was harassed by other detainees and ultimately the officer did not even appear in court, and the charges were dismissed. >> the video drew sharp criticism from other metro passengers tonight. >> that is not ok. she was leaving anyway, so i don't see what the point was. >> we understand he is still with metro police. we spoke with one of his colleagues, who describes him as a the -- dedicated, solid reliable officer. this man also says that the video does not look good. >> steven, we should add that abc 7 news also contacted metro this evening and at this point they are not commenting, due to pending litigation. >> new at 11:00 two recent employees of the montgomery county school system are facing serious charges tonight. police said that boat, in separate cases sexually accused students. 50-year-old cuyler jay cornell was arrested. police say that cornell sexually abused a 14-year-old student after approaching her in the last school year. police arrested this man 37- year-old aaronlamere. police believe he showed photographs of a naked male on his cellphone. it happened inside north would high school where he was a technician with the media services department. >> we are learning more about the new al qaeda plot targeting america on the anniversary of osama bin laden's debt and more specifically, the plan to use a new underwear bomber to destroy a u.s. jetliner. >> look at why one powerful lawmaker said it is important to take notice of this particular plot. >> he said this was a very serious thing. at this point, it is unclear what airport this suicide bomber wanted to hit. we don't know if it was a plane on the way here or on the way to another airport but the cia got to him before he ever even bought a ticket. a lot of passengers are worried tonight as a find out just how sophisticated this bomb was. >> i hate to say it, but it does change the way i live day to day. >> he says he sometimes avoids flying, and this latest news only increases his concerns. >> it is almost like eventually they are going to slip through. >> the cia learned of this plot in the middle eastern country of yemen, which has become an al qaeda hotbed. this bond was reportedly similar to the one the so-called underwear bomber tried to blow up on christmas day flight to detroit in 2009. this time the bomb had a better detonation system and contained no metal, so he could have likely passed right through metal detectors and possibly through those controversial body scanners. but this had happened before september 11, it definitely would have succeeded. the enemy would have been able to get this onto a plane and it would have exploded. we would have had large numbers of americans killed. >> the plot was breaking up at the same time the obama administration was denying that there was any plot existing. abc news says the would-be suicide bomber was stopped before ever getting on a plane thanks to insider information the cia had. some say this is a sign the system is working. >> we have so many things in place that we do not know of that i don't want to know of. the general public does not know what they have in place to catch these things. >> as far as this person in yemen who wanted to be a suicide bomber, we do not know much about them. the associated press says the government sources did not even let them know what has become of that person tonight. >> tom, thank you very much for that. tonight, the obama administration is taking a firm stance in the abduction of a montgomery county man by al qaeda. the white house says they do not and will not negotiate with the terrorist group, hours after al qaeda release this video of 70- year-old aid worker warren weinstein. he said he would be killed unless obama agreed to al qaeda demands. we went to his rockville neighborhood where friends are praying for his safe return. >> i could not tell if he was doing well or not. we have been praying for him everyday. >> weinstein was abducted in august of last year in eastern pakistan. in the video he says his captors are giving him his proper medication. one house spokesman jay carney said the government would continue to make efforts to have weinstein released. we attempted to contact his family directly, but at this point they are not commenting on the video. >> we are on storm
