A program was held by the Association for the Promotion of Vietnamese Culture (APCV) in Paris, France on January 20 to celebrate the traditional Lunar New Year Festival (Tet) as well as introduce Vietnamese culture to local people, according to the Vietnam News Agency correspondent in France.
