Accjc permit city college if it chose to opt into a prosthat would confer upon it the due process st. Had lacked. Required the accjc submitted a report with all the deficiencies and gave the callling a opportunity to respond. City college was not a party in our carcand as the court acknowledged that limited what the court could do or command city college to do.
