At the same time the driver of a Pontiac Firebird was traveling east on park and apparently did not see the trk and drove into it getting wedged under the trailer. People working in the area say the blinding Early Morning sunshine may have played a role. Going east on park avenue is very hazardous in the morning. The sun truly gets to you.
