Right now the storm is delivering a second round of snow, iand freezing rain to much of the east coast. Bayville, new york, on long island, got more than 14 inches of snow. Westminster, maryland, 16 inches. Warnings, watches, and advisories are up tonight in 20 states from South Carolina to maine.
