howard and montgomery counties and the victim was wanted in connection with an attempted murder and carjacking in howard county in early may. he's identified as 46-year-old robert lewis of gaithersburg. authorities aren't sure how he ended up in the reservoir. police have arrested one suspect and are looking for another in the slaying of a baltimore man, his body was found in a swallow grave last month. today authorities arrested kevin skipper of baltimore and police are looking for 31-year-old christopher calvert, also from baltimore. a motive for the crime has not yet been develo...
