Started around 8 am yesterday. When police attempted to pull over Aroldo Vela Chavez for speeding. Officers say, the suspect led police on a short chase. Before he crashed into a fence, hitting a woman walking on the sidewalk. The victim, identified as 65 yearold Linda Cochran of pittsburg, was pronounced dead at the scene.
