A man was relentless, grabbing on to a woman and refusing to let go this happened around 2 15 in the morning of sunday, august 2nd, and he follows the 24yearold from mind, grabbing her, gagging her to the ground n front of an Apartment Building at 2508 west 132nd street near adam clayton boulevard, and you can see the man kicking and punching the woman, trying to steal her purse. The woman refusing to let go, but the suspect eventually gets her purse and iknown 5 and runs west to Frederick Douglas boulevard.
