This is affecting more than 6,000 pg e customers in Discovery Bay and byron. Pg e says the recent cold weather caused the outage that could last into tomorrow night. This was the first one that was set up at timber point elementary school. The second was opened earlier this evening at the Discovery Bay Community Center at 601 Discovery Bay boulevard.
