Whats being called the storm of the century crippled new york city cutting power and plunging manhattan into darkness. More than 13 feet of water wushds over the seawahl in battery park, rushing into tunnels and subways. It could leave the city paralyzed for days. When do you expect the subway system to be up and running again . Four or five days i think. At this point we dont know.
