View Comments For a week in December in 2019, Tim McAleer, a photo researcher and co-producer for Ken Burns  Florentine Films  yes, that Ken Burns  dug through old archives, dusty boxes and musty basements in several locations around Louisville. He was in the city gathering clues on a hunt for unique photos of the city s most famous athlete, Cassius Clay, who later changed his name to Muhammad Ali.   The best photos, many of which came from The Courier Journal s extensive archives, and others from personal collections, have now been compiled into a four-part documentary on the life of legendary boxer Muhammad Ali.
