Theres the moisture plume. Lets go out 2,000 miles. Lets go out 4,000 miles. This plume extends back across the dateline. It is tapped into a dying typhoon, a major typhoon, and its just got everything you need. This is what a bigtime weather system looks like. The reason most likely that its not impacting the bay area as much, and it will, is that were talking about the jet stream this time of year being a little bit further north, because were still basically fall. But a man sitting on his computer one floor up doesnt hear a thinchg people in the street can see him in the window oblivious to the fire growing larger i started throwing stones at the window trying to get his attention and everyone was actually yelling at that point to get out because the smoke just got it was increasing. Minutes. News 4 midday starts now. A mess on metro, theyre still cleaning up the red line. Right now two track problems, one at medical tr and one at woodley park. Metro says one of the problems involved a power cable, the other one an arcing insulator. The problem started around 6 00 this morning. Crews are working to get it all fixed, but the delays have people running 45 minutes late even now. And as that problem is going on metro being called on the carpet again, this time on capitol hill.
