We actually spoke with a neighbor who saw the aftermath of this. He lives just a couple doors down. He is shaken up understandably. Very emotional about what he saw. Take a look at this video we shot earlier tonight right after the accident which are which occurred about frk. You can see a sedan flippe a mother if two very young kids were inside that neighbor tells us. Police say the car was travelling west on Howard Street when it struck the landscaping truck and trailer hitting the worker who was standing outside the trailer and killing him million leadly. That car also struck an s. U. V. Before flipping over. The neighbor who ran to help pulled the children out of the cartels me he had just been watching a few of the car tells ....

Once these pass by we should be done with any of the light pesky showers been tracking this morning.
