This is 26th and santa clara. There are several businesses in this area that had a couple feet of water in them as early as this morning. You can see the water level here at this intersection has dropped quite a bit. Earlier this morning, you couldnt even see the pavement because cars were driving through and splashing as they drove through the flooded street. But the water levels have gone down. However, flooding is an issue throughout san jose this morning. There are 14,000 residents in the mandatory evacuation areas within the city of san jose.
