You re watching america s news headquarters. parts of the northeast are experiencing serious flooding after a deluge of rain this weekend. laura ingle is live in new jersey with more on the story. hello, laura! hi, brian, things could have been worse here in seabright new jersey. a lot of flooding, a lot of downed power lines. i m going to show you one right here. look at this power line down. we have been told by utility crews assessing the situation that they will have to bring in a puckett truck to try and lift that massive power line. look at how it fell perfectly on top of the street sign. amazing. they have to bring additional crews to get it up. this situation could be a lot worse if people in the town were not used to this type of flooding. that has not been the case ....
