As i look back over the last year, i believe the board and the Management Team and employees have a lot to be proud of, regardless of what was just said. First and foremost is the Safety Culture is taking root at metro. It is. Ive seen it. It started, to be frank, when we shut the system down for the blizzard. And i particularly front line people were coming up to me and saying, finally someone gets it. They understand the risk we put ourselves at and our customers at when we try to put out service in 24 inches of snow. It just does not make sense from a safety perspective. Clearly that point was further driven home in march, a week after i spoke here last time, when we shut down the system for the cable inspection. And again, i think that reinforced, obviously to the customers, to our employees and the stakeholders that we take safety as seriously as we should and we will going forward.
