After that wheel see clouds mixing well see clouds mixing with some sun but a little on the chilly side. Were at 36 degrees in philadelphia, weve slipped below the freezing mark in allentown. Were at 31 there. 35 in wilmington and 37 in millville and these numbers will probably be dropping over the next couple hours before we start to turn around. Rolling through the day, we do expect sun mixing with clouds, 37 degrees by 7 oclock in philadelphia. So, pretty chilly on the bus stop this morning. Breaking now in philadelphias East Germantown neighborhood, someone shot and killed a man across the street from his home. Police think the man came right out of his shoes trying to run for his life. When officers got to the scene on east garfield after 2 00 a. M. , they found the victim in the streets unresponsive. Three gunshot wounds.
