Well and obviously keeps us involved in europe and decreases our military readiness. china probably doesn't want to blatantly violate the sanctions, but they've already been providing various through third parties and i would think down the road if necessary china will sell all sorts of military equipment to other countries such as belarus and then those will get to russia. or they'll do it through the uae or do it through pakistan. my sense is one way or another china is going to find a way to support russia economically and militarily so it doesn't lose. >> richard, tomorrow president biden ...
