If broad gun safety reform remains in limbo at the National Level, americans can look forward to a patchwork of gun laws based, surprise, largely on red and blue states. Katrina, in talking about that raft of legislation, it literally appears as if we are a beast with two heads moving in opposite directions on gun safety. I mean, at the national at the National Level the dialogue is heated and empassioned, but theres a sense that we are moving to more sane gun laws in this country, but then you look at whats happening in a lot of i will say red states where the statehouses are moving to loosen...
