Saidah Hardwick was named the South Atlantic Conference Indoor Track Athlete of the Week announced Tuesday morning by the SAC. A senior sprinter and high jumper, Hardwick, competed in the Camel City Invitational this past weekend where she placed first in the 400m dash with a time of 58.92 and sixth in the 60m dash with a time of 8.07. This is Hardwick’s first Track Athlete of the Week honor this season.

Already, the Millrose Games in New York, the crown jewel of the US indoor season, have been cancelled for the first time in the event’s 114-year history. As for the USATF Indoor Championships, LetsRun.com can report that the meet is tentatively scheduled for February 19-20 in Albuquerque (though you’d never know that from looking at the USATF website) , but whether that meet will actually be held is another question.
