When officers discovered her body in the dumpster they say the accused teenager was standing right nearby. He was arrested immediately. That was right around 8 00 in the evening. He was taken to the stationhouse interviewed overnight until early this morning. Police did not give an indication as to the motive or whether or not he confessed.
