FDA COVID Documents and Policies After PHE Expires

The Coronavirus Disease 2019 COVID-19 Public Health Emergency PHE that has existed nationwide since January 27, 2020 is set to expire May 11, 2023. The end of PHE will impact 72 guidance documents issued by FDA, including food-related COVID-19 guidance documents issued by CFSAN.
