It back over to steve to give you more details and talk a little bit about what department is doing and is planning to do to respond to some of our recommendations. So overall scores this year were incredibly consistent over last year. They did go up from 88. 3 on average last year to 88. 4 this year. So that is pretty consistent and generally pretty highscoring.
