Reporter you can hear the urgency as the first officers arrived. We now have the police asking for the mass casualties. We saw this black smoke. I took off running down the h l hallway. I started getting my residents out. Reporter she said at first she heard a loud bang and then the smoke. She and other workers rushed to get elderly residents outside. I went banging on doors going to get my residents up. It is a fire. It is for real. It is not fake. Make sure they had shoes on and coats on and start taking them out. Reporter once she was out, she saw how bad it really was. The roof was on fire. Reporter on the ground, First Responders call for help almost shocked how fast the building was burning.
