After COVID-related health concerns cut short last year's offering, ongoing safety protocols will necessitate virtual programs when the series kicks off in March. Highland Park's Catherine Lambrecht, who was instrumental in founding the Greater Midwest Foodways Alliance and the Chicago Foodways Roundtable, will present "Heirloom Recipes from the Illinois State Fair" at 7 p.m. Monday, March 8.
