Developments in the case surrounding the stabbing death of o shae sibley in brooklyn, new york. the 17 year suspect has been charged with murder, murder hate crime, and criminal possession of a weapon. a memorial service will be held this evening for the 28 year old victim. o shae sibley was a professional dancer and choreographer. he stopped at a gas station with his friends last saturday. they were blasting beyoncé and evoking around their car when a group of young men told them to stop and hurled homophobic slurs at them. according to a witness, one of the men pulled out a knife and stabbed o shae sibley. activists, dancers, and community members held a memorial ball yesterday, paying tribute to him at the gas station where he was killed.
