Announced it filed an Involuntary Manslaughter charge against officer jason fletcher. He shot and killed taylor on april 18th at a walmart. Body camera footage released by the department shows Taylor Holding a bat moments before he was shot. The District Attorney said an investigation determined officer fletcher first used a taser gun twice on taylor. She says taylor then pointed the bat at the ground and was stumbling.
