His family believes that there is enough evidence to arrest the Police Officers involved. The shooting happened in late april. Callers called 911 claiming the man was running around walmart with a baseball bat. Police body cam video shows what unfolded. It may be hard to watch. Taylor was tazed by officers not once, but twice. Moments before, he was shot and killed. Police say they had to open fire because taylor continued to wave the bat used too much force too quickly.
