This one escalated after a woman boarded a flight with her stroller and her baby. Ktvu fox 2 news rob malcolm joins us from sfo with details. Reporter good evening scott. That video of that confrontation on the flight from sfo to dallas has gone viral. American airlines has issued an apology an they are investigating. It viz shot by another passenger on board the flight leaving sfo for dallas. It captures the aftermath of the confrontation. In it, you can see the woman who speaks Little English holing her baby and pleading with the Flight Attendant.
