Kay bee homes initial response was to warn homeowners not to stand directly underneath their homes. Now two months later inspectors are doing inspections. Sources tell us about 70 homes overall need to be fixed. Many homes will need complete tile doovers. A kay bee homes spokeman would not agree to an interview but sent this statement, following through on our commitment to rectify exterior tile concerns, kb home hired a thirdparty expert on tile replacement. We are working to finish inspections quickly to promptly implement the consultants recommendations.
