This school sits adjacent to the refinery and monday morning a vapor leak was detected in a tank something called napka and air quality testing was being done and a refinery spokesperson says at no point were carbons detected. When the students started to feel ill the Emergency Management came out to test the air again. They said the levels were there and we closed.
