And, of course, the other big economic story were talking about this morning is the fed. The markets were surprised by the minutes from the fomc meetings. The notes showing several policymakers would like to stop the feds Bond Buying Program before the end of the year, citing concerns about Financial Stability< ....

I mean, it would seem yeah, id like to understand because again, i just saw on some of the photos we saw earlier, its in some situations its very quite dramatic where literally people have to walk single file to get past these bus shelters because theyre so wide. The deferred maintenance, the digesters can no longer operate and if there is a big one, hundreds of homes will be inundated with raw sewage. So simply put, whether we like it or not because the supervisors do not follow the trend or that proposition, you need to give your blessings because you represent the constituents and because the residents are suffering and this maintenance job has to be done. One of the reasons we have to do this right now is to capture sand and the aggregate that is going to further impact this treatment plant.
