Home here. It wasnt the smock alarm but a dog named bunny that saved the life of carol miller this morning. Auburn any woke me i was aasleep on the sofa. I thought, there is something wrong, i got up and i immediately saw flames. Carol tried to escape but was trapped in an enclosure meant to keep the 100 cats inside the home. Firefighters cut through the fence and led her to safety but inside about 93 cats were killed by the smoke and fire the seven cats survived. The next door neighbor described the noise coming from inside the home. Unfortunately we could hear them screaming. Us is devastating. She works for the sanford cat network which spays cats rooming the university campus. Since it is a no Kill Organization she brought the unadoptable ones to her home.
