Now police followed a vehicle they believed to be stolen by a driver armed with a firearm into oakland this happened a little after 11 00pm were going to show you video of the investigation that happened immediately after the shooting that pursuit ended when that vehicle crashed into the rear of an unoccupied parked vehicle.
